Regular House Cleaning Services
My regular cleans are good for one time cleans or reoccurring cleans! It's a great option for single parents, seniors, and anyone looking for a consistent clean without the stress!
What's included?
-Kitchen: I clean and organize your counters, wipe any excessively dirty countertop items (dusty coffee makers, sticky pet treat containers, etc.) the stovetop, the outside of all appliances, and sweep/mop the floors!
-Living areas: I clean and sanitize surfaces, cupholders/coffee tables, wipe any leather furniture, fold blankets, fluff pillows, pick up pet or kid toys, and sweep/mop or vacuum. (Client must provide vacuum if needed to prevent cross contamination between homes, please.)
-Bedrooms: I make beds, tidy clutter, put lose items away (if their place is obvious) clean and sanitize surfaces, and sweep/mop or vacuum.
-Bathrooms: I clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, and floors. I also remove heavy water or soap build up in showers if I see fit.
$20 per hour for regular cleans
Move out/Move in Cleaning Services
Move out/Move in Cleaning Services
This service is best for renters, homeowners, and landlords looking for a clean slate before handing over the keys or moving into a new space! This option only applies when the furniture is out of the home, (or most of it to the best of your ability).
What's included?
-Everything from the regular clean
-Inside of your fridge
-Oven glass (if needed)
-Spot clean of walls and baseboards. (I clean crayon, marker, pencil, etc from kids on walls as well if needed.)
-Remove dust and debris from windows and entrances
This clean helps ensure the new owners of the space are walking into a clean, fresh space to start their next chapter! Every move‑in/move‑out clean is a little different, so pricing depends on the space and what needs attention. Most homes land right around $200; whereas most apartments average around $100-150.

-Extra bathroom detailing and sanitizing +$15

-Window tracks/sliding glass door cleaning +$15
Prices are added fees NOT hourly rates.
If I finish early during a recurring clean, I use the extra time for additional tasks that may include the above, free. Does not apply to move in/move out cleans.

Look, I hate extra fees as much as you do, and life happens, I get that. The only time additional charges may be added to your bill is if your home requires significantly more time/care than originally expected, OR if you cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours in advance.

If you want a clean OUTSIDE of the Wausau area there is an additional fee per mile dependant on location. (Limited to Wisconsin only.)

If I arrive and the home is significantly dirtier or more time-consuming than we had originally discussed and agreed upon, additional fees may apply; dependent per situation. This may affect hourly rate, and any add-ons you may have selected. ONLY if there is a need for significantly more effort to be put into your home, a normal amount of clutter is to be expected.
